President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, at the Russian Educational Youth Forum Terra Scientia, said that Russia should develop IT cooperation with all countries of the world, including BRICS countries. "We must work with all countries of the world, including BRICS states. You are all well aware of how IT is developing in India, for example... and how much attention China is focusing on it," he said.
The president emphasised that Russia is fully capable of operating at the global level, and that it does not need to overtake or surpass anyone. "We must move ahead on the basis of what we have developed in cooperation with all countries, including BRICS states," the President said.
