RSPP President Alexander Shokhin had a telepresence meeting with MEDEF President Laurence Parisot. Main question was, to which extent the recent events in Japan and the Middle East could have an influence on and change such issues the B20 was supposed to work on as global growth, financial markets, energy issues, worldwide public opinion? Mr. Shokhin and his French counterpart introduced the discussion by expressing very strong support to the Japanese nation on the part of their respective organizations.
