On February 6, 2015 Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Igor Morgulov met with ASEAN Secretary-General Le Luong Minh on the sidelines of the Russian – Indonesian bilateral political consultations.
Mr Minh and Mr Morgulov discussed specific steps for enhancing the practical cooperation within the Russia-ASEAN Dialogue Partnership and joint efforts to create a new architecture of security and cooperation in the Asia-Pacific Region.
