Russia supports an idea of holding BRICS exhibition and fair on the eve of the Leaders summit

Russia supports the Indian BRICS presidency initiative to organize a large exhibition and fair on the eve of the Leaders summit in October 2016. Russia also believes that its initiatives elaborated in 2015, in particular on advancing export supplies insurance and reinsurance mechanism, establishment of BRICS rating agency, deepening joint research, use of national currencies in payments between BRICS member countries will be further developed and implemented. It was announced by Director of the Foreign Policy Planning Department (FPPD) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia Pavel Knyazev at the BRICS Business Council meeting in Moscow.
