In the interview to the news channel Russia 24 RSPP Vice President, B20 Russia Sherpa Dr. Marina Larionova told about the key achievements of the Turkish G20 presidency, the Antalya leaders` summit prospects as well as the recommendations prepared by the B20 for the G20 leaders.
Marina Larionova noted that the launch of implementation of the national growth strategies adopted at the Brisbane summit in 2014 allowed the G20 member countries to make some progress in achieving their collective growth ambition of the additional 2% of GDP by 2018. According to Marina Larionova, other important achievement was the development of individual investment strategies aimed in particular at creating favorable investment environment.
Marina Larionova expressed her hope that under the forthcoming Chinese presidency the G20 activities will focus both on developing previously agreed initiatives and addressing new challenging issues the international community faces.
