RSPP President Alexander Shokhin and RSPP Bureau member Vladimir Lisin (Chairman of the RSPP Budget & Taxation Committee) participated in a conference on transfer pricing, chaired by Russia’s Prime Minister Vladimir Putin, alongside a number of ministers and high-ranking government officials.
“Tax Code needs amending in order to safeguard the state. It goes without saying that process should be nothing if not discreet and accurate, according to the ancient medical maxim primum non nocere. We should aim at absolute transparency, consistency of interpretation and enforcement of the amendments”, Prime Minister said.
RSPP put forward some proposals resulting from the agreement between RSPP and the Prime Minister on additional consultations with the business community regarding the transfer pricing bill.
