The General Assembly discussion focused on key outcomes of the survey by the BIAC Economic Policy Committee, OECD agenda on investment and responsible business conduct, update on the Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS) project and others.
On the sidelines of the General Assembly RSPP President Alexander Shokhin exchanged views on economic and investment cooperation with the partners – heads of business associations – BIAC members.
RSPP is an observer organization to BIAC since May 2012. RSPP status of BIAC observer provides opportunity for a full engagement in various BIAC bodies’ activities: developing draft documents, finalizing reports and consulting on strategic decisions, participation in meetings with the OECD executive management and government delegations. In addition the BIAC membership provides access to a wide OECD policy documents database and support to proactive participation in global multilateral business fora decision-making.
