A special event on the occasion of the 20th Anniversary of the Association of European Businesses (AEB) in Russia was held on September 24, 2015. RSPP delegation included President Alexander Shokhin, Executive Vice President Alexander Murychev, Vice President on information and communication technologies Sergey Mytenkov and Director of the Center for Bilateral Cooperation Anatoly Drantusov.
In his welcome remarks Alexander Shokhin highlighted the AEB contribution to Russia – EU business cooperation development, as well its work on improving business climate and developing economy in Russia. He underlined the importance of the AEB continual efforts on strengthening cooperation between Russia and the EU. RSPP President emphasized that the RSPP – AEB partnership is based on a solid foundation of common interests, mutual openness, continued dialogue and commitment to jointly elaborate practical proposals on the key issues of economic cooperation agenda.
In conclusion Alexander Shokhin awarded the RSPP badge of honour for contribution to developing cooperation between RSPP and AEB, Russian and European business communities and participation in the International Council for Cooperation and Investment (ICCI) activities to the AEB Chairman of the Board Philippe Pegorier and AEB CEO Frank Schauff and presented the RSPP diploma to the AEB.
