RSPP Managing Director Speaks at Kaluga Industrial Forum

Kaluga, Russia - The government of the Kaluga region and the Kaluga Chamber of Commerce arranged the 8th Kaluga Industrial Forum Industrial Policy – 2020. Guest speakers, among them the regional governor Anatoly Artamonov and economic development minister Ruslan Zalivatsky, discussed key directions of cluster development of the region. Those include the automotive sector, pharmaceuticals and logistics. RSPP Managing Director for regional and sectoral cooperation Alexei Kondratyev presented the results of the ICCI/KPMG joint research analyzing the investment potential of the region from the foreign investor’s viewpoint.

As of December 2010, the Kaluga region, with its FDI per capita rate of roughly $1000, ranked 2nd (after Sakhalin) in Russia’s top list.
