On 15 April 2021, Sergei Mikhnevich, Managing Director of the RSPP Department for International Multilateral Cooperation and Integration, and Anna Gubina, a leading expert from the Department, met with Ernesto Ferlenghi, Chairman of the Energy Committee, Association of European Businesses (AEB), and Executive Vice President of Confindustria Russia.
During the meeting, participants discussed cooperation between the RSPP and Confindustria Russia within the “Business 20” (B20). Italy is chairing the B20 summit in 2021. One of the key topics was the B20 Regional Consultation Forum, which will be held at the 2021 St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. Mr Ferlenghi confirmed that Italy’s B20 leaders would be taking part in the event. The parties expressed their intention to foster further cooperation.
