General Agreement signed between associations of trade unions, employers and government for 2021-2023

The document was signed by Mikhail Shmakov, Chairman of the Federation of Independent Trade Unions of Russia, Alexander Shokhin, President of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, and Anton Kotyakov, Minister of Labour and Social Protection. The ceremony was also attended by Tatyana Golikova, Deputy Prime Minister and coordinator of the Russian Trilateral Commission on the Regulation of Social and Labour Relations.

The agreement establishes the principles for regulating social, labour and associated economic relations at the federal level between trade unions, employers and the government over the next three years.
