B20 Steering Committee meeting

RSPP President, Chairman of the B20 Steering Committee and the Chairman of the ‘G20 – B20 Dialogue Efficiency’ Taskforce moderated a regular session of the B20 Steering Committee at the RSPP headquarters. 

Those attending included RSPP Executive Vice President and B20 sherpa Oleg Preksin, Chairman of the ‘Transparency & Anti-Corruption’ Taskforce Andrey Bugrov, sherpa of the ‘Investments, Infrastructure, Development’ Taskforce Alexey Germanovich, sherpa of the ‘Financial System, Restoring Confidence and Growth’ Taskforce N. Samylichev, sherpa of the ‘Trade as a Growth Driver’ A. Laptev and the special representative of the ‘Global Priorities for Innovation and Development’ Taskforce A. Ivanov.

Agenda: Performance assessment of the Steering Committee decisions adopted on November 26б 2012 and current B20 issues; proposals concerning taskforce co-chairmen drawn up; Russia B20 presidency overall roadmap signed off.

The meeting set a deadline for the taskforces to finalize the list of St Petersburg International Economic Forum speakers on June 20-22, 2013. The next scheduled Steering Committee meeting is Jan 30, 2013.
