The Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs on defense industry signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Indian company Texmaco Defense Systems Pvt. Ltd.

On February 28th , 2020 in Moscow, Mr. Anatoly Tkachuk, Chairman of the RSPP Commission on Defense Industry, and Managing Director of Texmaco Defense Systems Pvt. Ltd. Mr. Tribhuvan Darbari concluded a memorandum of understanding as part of the meeting and business negotiations.

Texmaco Defense Systems Pvt. Ltd is a subsidiary of Texmaco Rail & Engineering Limited, which is the flagship company of the Adventz Group with a capital of $ 3.2 billion, while maintaining a long-standing position as a major national player in the heavy machinery and manufacturing sector. To date, the company has consolidated its relations with large Russian companies representing the defense industry.

The Memorandum  implies cooperation in order to promote the development of relations between Russian and Indian companies in the defense industry, namely the diversification of the defense industry, the exchange of relevant information, the implementation of joint projects within the competence of the Parties.
